We are looking for an experienced and culturally grounded Senior Coordinator – Online to join our team.
Role : Permanent - Full Time
Hours : per week
Days : Monday - Friday
Location : Flexible
In this role, you will provide essential business, administrative support, and coordination to the Online Delivery team, ensuring the seamless execution of our programs. Working closely with the National Delivery & Tauira Success leadership team, you will offer strategic support and advice to enhance the overall performance of online delivery, contributing to the success of our tauira (students).
The ideal person for this role is a highly organized and culturally attuned individual with proven experience in office management and administration, who excels in coordinating projects, demonstrates a strong commitment to ahuatanga Maori, and is passionate about supporting the success of online education initiatives.
2+ years of proven experience in office management/administration and customer service.
Intermediate IT skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
2+ years of experience in project management is advantageous.
Able to understand and converse in te reo Maori (TARM Level 4 or equivalent qualification).
As a kaupapa Maori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, culture and tikanga) will be key.
