Kei a koe te mana I The choice is yours          As a Senior Consultant, you'll join the Transaction Strategy & Execution practice which is a dedicated team within EY's Strategy and Transactions division that helps clients achieve their strategic objectives in acquisitions and divestments. We cover a wide range of operational aspects in a transaction, including synergy assessments, separation readiness and support, operational due diligence and supporting the integration or separation process. With an unrivalled track record in the industry, you will have the opportunity to be part of the largest dedicated integrations, separations and transition practice in Oceania. We are the New Zealand arm of Australia's largest dedicated integrations and separations practice. We combine both operational and transaction experience. EY Strategy and Transactions practice has ranked first in Oceania for the past 11 consecutive years in Merger market's Accountant Advisor league tables on highest value and volume of deals Some of your key responsibilities will include: Analysing and evaluating operating models and financial information Identifying key operational, integration and separation issues for further analysis Developing deliverables in a fast-paced environment and presenting to clients Identifying key client risks and issues, and mitigating these ahead of time O Pumanawa I What we're looking for Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. Experience in Professional Services, Management Consulting, M&A or related corporate experience Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity and creative thinking Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients Proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Our roles can be adjusted to work flexibly with the potential of reduced hours to balance your time between the home and office.
