Senior Consultant- Perm

This role will only suit someone who is already working in the recruitment industry in a senior consultant capacity. As this will be a new division for the brand, it is the classic lead from the front, high energy opportunity we strive for in our career. This is a billing role which will lead to a leadership opportunity and senior management team. You will be busy at the front end being a brand ambassador, sales leader, client engagement/key stakeholder talisman whilst building and running your own portfolio. The aim is that you start the division and then build a team around you leading to a strategic management position. They are a blue collar temporary agency looking at diversification. It is a fresh thinking, smart operating agency. Minimum Requirements: Current or previous experience in the recruitment industry in white collar perm is seen as essential.
