We provide an end-to-end Tax Controversy service to clients across a variety of industries.In this role, you will advise clients on a broad range of tax matters with a focus on the technical and tactical management of Inland Revenue reviews and engagement. To the right candidate, this position offers excellent opportunities for teaming, leadership and career advancement.Your key responsibilities include:Advise a range of clients, from large corporates to high-net-worth individuals, contributing to the development and implementation of tax strategies and solutions for clients.Research a range of tax matters including tax administration and international tax matters.Get involved in dispute resolution processes and help clients respond to requests for information in the context of Inland Revenue reviews and audits.Draft various documents including objections, private binding ruling requests, requests for amended assessments and submissions in relation to penalties.Collaborate with partners and staff across different geographies to maintain connectivity and visibility.Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
