Our office is based in the heart of Auckland CBD, close to shops and public transport links.About the Role:Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with clients and candidates.Business Development - seeking out new business partnerships and offering bespoke recruitment solutions, expertise, and current market insights.Taking over a warm desk, you will be the point of contact for clients when they require recruitment support. Resolving any issues, providing transparent and honest consultation.Taking job briefs and advertising new roles (job posting and social media).Resourcing for and interviewing potential candidates.Preparing candidates for interview and presenting shortlists for roles. Setting up interviews.Organising client site visits and attending networking events.Recruitment Administration - Reference checks & compliance (making sure all documentation is in place for candidates to be onboarded).
