Key Responsibilities:
Delivering timely services and advice to clients' Maximo needs, including full lifecycle greenfield implementation, managed service / ongoing support, or ongoing improvement and enhancements.
Consulting with customers on how to efficiently utilise IBM Maximo technology to maximise the benefits and support of their business.
Designing fit-for-purpose technical architecture.
Leading projects and mentoring team members.
Ensuring documentation of work procedures, processes and templates are up to date and relevant.
Driving continuous improvement and identifying new opportunities to provide an excellent customer experience.
Minimum Requirements:
7 - 10 years of experience, with IBM Maximo experience being essential.
Extensive previous experience delivering IBM Maximo engagements with sound technical and functional experience.
Sound knowledge of business and IT fundamentals, including business process and application technologies.
Effective communication style: your emails and documentation are simple, clear and relevant, and your manner demonstrates empathy and clarity.
Keen attention to detail, knowing when to delve down to the nitty-gritty and when to swoop up to see the big picture.
Ability to lead and operate in a collaborative project environment with both technical and functional input.
Analytical approach towards problem solving.
Determination and curiosity to ask questions and explore, uncovering root cause, all the while maintaining a focus on quality service delivery.
