About the role
Reporting to a Partner, you will work closely with key clients, developing trusted relationships while identifying their commercial and strategic needs to ensure quality recruitment and innovative people solutions are delivered. At Brannigans, we work as a team, providing access to subject matter experts, quality processes, materials, and excellent support staff. The role is dynamic, with a blend of executive and governance appointment solutions delivery, business development, and account management. Exceptional interpersonal skills, organisational prowess, and commercial acumen are critical.
About you
A passion for people and a proven ability to build relationships and trust in a commercial environment will be critical to your success. Your talent for thinking outside the box, being proactive, and motivating yourself to achieve results for our clients is essential. You are detail-oriented and strive for first-time quality in all you do. You will feel at home confidently engaging with Directors and senior leaders and are happy to roll up your sleeves at each stage of the recruitment process. We only employ good sorts, so you need to be one and be motivated to work in a fun, collaborative, high-energy team environment where making a genuine impact is important.
