With a growing pipeline of work in Aotearoa, we are looking for a talented, curious, and committed Senior Consultant, Communications and Engagement to join our growing ANZ Engagement and Social Planning Section.Our communications and engagement specialists design, deliver, and evaluate strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and community engagement approaches for major infrastructure projects across the Water, Transport, and Energy sectors.We help our clients solve their most complex challenges in ways which consider stakeholder and community impacts, and seek to deliver positive environmental outcomes. We collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across a range of markets including water, defence, energy, power, and transport.We are a high-performing and collaborative team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and independently, is a natural storyteller, has strong attention to detail, has experience juggling competing project demands, and is confident engaging with stakeholders and the community.We will consider part-time and full-time working arrangements to secure the candidate with the best skills, experience, and attitude to succeed in this role.You will:Prepare stakeholder and community engagement plans, taking into consideration contemporary engagement practice and aligning the approach to engagement best practice principles, as outlined by the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2).Prepare communications for a range of channels, including community updates and notifications, presentations, information display materials, feedback forms, webpage copy, and media releases.Coordinate and help facilitate engagement activities, in-person and online.Prepare outcome and evaluation reports including an analysis of qualitative and quantitative outcomes.Collaborate with a range of technical specialists and work in multi-disciplinary teams on a range of projects.Contribute to a positive team culture and participate in continual improvement.Develop your consultancy and project management skills, in line with Jacobs Global Career Framework.
