Senior Consular And Outreach Officer

We are working with the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Wellington on their search for a full-time Senior Consular Officer. They are looking for someone to join the team in the new year who brings proven customer service experience and a willingness to carry out a variety of diverse tasks, including the following:
Front-facing duties: Assessing applications for travel, visas, and passportsProviding support and advice: Offering guidance to clients and colleaguesDaily financials: Managing financial transactions and recordsManaging communications: Responding to emails and phone callsAdditionally, this role includes outreach and communication responsibilities such as:
Managing and updating the Embassy's websiteCreating and distributing newslettersCoordinating events (e.g., National Day celebrations)Managing social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter)The ideal candidate will have:
3–5 years of experience in a corporate environmentPassion for providing outstanding customer serviceConfidence, proactivity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamAn interest in communications, with exposure to social media management being a bonusKnowledge of or an interest in Dutch culture (Dutch language skills are a bonus!)Highlights of the role:
