Ko ta matou mahi – the role We are looking for an experienced regulator to join our Compliance and Enforcement team.
This is a senior role in the Compliance and Enforcement team, working on the frontline to spearhead OPC's regulatory response both at an agency and at a system-wide level.
As an experienced regulator, you'll bring: a level of enjoyment in navigating complexity in a regulatory environment capability working in a complex environment as part of a high performing team around 4 years' experience working in a regulatory context interest or experience in guiding and mentoring others in the team.
Privacy experience is not a pre-requisite but an interest in privacy is.
If you have an understanding or experience working on IT system or cyber security, even better, but don't be put off if that's not the case.
