Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications) Matou | About us: The City Rail Link (CRL) Project is a game changer for Auckland and the largest transport infrastructure project ever undertaken in New Zealand. The CRL is a 3.45km twin tunnel, transforming the dead-end station at Waitemata Station (Britomart), creating two new stations at Te Waihorotiu and Karanga-a-Hape and reconnecting to the network at a new Maungawhau Station. Link Alliance is a group of local and international construction companies responsible for delivering the main tunnels, stations and rail systems. Participants include City Rail Link Limited, Vinci Construction Grands Project S.A.S, Downer NZ Ltd, Soletanche Bachy International NZ Limited, WSP (NZ) Limited, AECOM New Zealand Limited and Tonkin + Taylor Limited. Te Turanga | The Role:   The Senior Community Advisor supports Link Alliance to deliver on our project objectives by planning, designing, delivering and evaluating communications, community engagement and placemaking activity on site. Your stakeholder management skills, excellent communications skills, resilience, interpersonal relationship capability, advocacy initiatives and experience will be key in this role. You will be exposed to thought leadership from the best in the business.   This is full time 12-month fixed term contract opportunity based at the site office in Eden Terrace, Auckland.   Nga Haepapa | Key tasks and responsibilities: Work closely with the Community Manager, constructors and others on the team to deliver communications for neighbours, stakeholders, digital channels and media Work creatively to support the surrounding community with activations, events, and perimeter curb appeal Present on behalf of Link Alliance to stakeholder groups and manage stakeholder relationships, working with community toward shared objectives Procure suppliers to produce activations and events to support community and establish a great legacy aligned with an awesome Uptown vibe Use best practice to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communications, engagement, and development response activity. Work within timeframes and budgets specified by the Community Manager Ensure that CRLL's statutory obligations regarding communication, engagement and development response are adhered to at all times. Report and monitor deliverables against key performance indicators Any other duties as directed by the Community Manager Ou Pukenga | About You:  Passionate about the CRL project and how it will transform Tamaki Makaurau Tertiary-qualified in communications, engagement, PR or a related discipline IAP2 certification preferred You are an expert in the field with 7+ years communications, engagement, stakeholder management or placemaking experience, preferably in a complex, technical environment (transport, construction, or development industry preferred) Ability to work autonomously and problem solve to deliver on project objectives Previous experience leading relationships with diverse stakeholders Previous experience with events, placemaking and/or community activations Strategic focus alongside attention to detail Highly organised – plans and prioritises well and manages time to focus on the most important activities.
