Senior Communications & Engagement Advisor at Social Investment Agency, Wellington - WairarapaSenior Communications & Engagement AdvisorDeliver engagement and communications advice and servicesWork with a close-knit team in central WellingtonFixed term to 30 June 2025It's an exciting time to join us as we lead change across the public service to implement social investment and support Government to achieve better outcomes from social sector spending.The Senior Communications & Engagement Advisor works across the agency to support teams and develop our agency's communications and engagement. You will:Develop engagement and communication strategies, working with relevant teamsLead the development of communications material required, including for the Minister's officeCo-ordinate and lead on engagements and events for various work programmes, including the establishment of the Social Investment FundProvide expert advice on engagement best practices to drive successful initiativesBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersYou will be a senior communications professional who has:Proven experience developing and implementing communications and engagement strategiesExcellent writing, editing and oral communications skillsStrong relationship management and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships with senior leadersExperience in stakeholder management and relationship buildingA proactive approach, with initiative to take ownership and a willingness to support the wider teamThe salary range for this role is $104,885 - $148,073.
