Korero mo te turanga | About the role The Senior Communications & Engagement Advisor works across the agency to support teams and develop our agency's communications and engagement.
You will: Develop engagement and communication strategies, working with relevant teams Lead the development of communications material required, including for the Minister's office Co-ordinate and lead on engagements and events for various work programmes, including the establishment of the Social Investment Fund Provide expert advice on engagement best practices to drive successful initiatives Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders He korero mou | About you You will be a senior communications professional who has: Proven experience developing and implementing communications and engagement strategies Excellent writing, editing and oral communications skills Strong relationship management and influencing skills, and with a proven ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building A proactive approach, with initiative take ownership and a willingness to support the wider team If your experience looks a little different from what we've identified and you think you can bring value to the role, we'd love to learn more about you.
Utu a-tau | Salary The salary range for this role is $104,885 - $148,073.
Starting salaries reflect skills and experience relevant to the role with offers generally made between $104,885- $123,394.
