This role is ideal for someone who is pragmatic, capable, and able to create and convert a pipeline. The successful candidate will understand strategy and be able to drive growth, with a significant focus on new business development.Key responsibilities include:Build and maintain customer relationships with a selected portfolio of Multi Branch Customer accounts.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Aramex's market presence.Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth.Provide on-site customer support as required and manage call cycles for regular customer reporting/communications.Provide in-field sales support and training to the Regional Franchisees and their respective sales resources as directed by the National Sales Manager (NZM).Support and approve day-to-day activities of the local Sales Team.Run regular sales meetings with the local sales team to motivate and drive performance.Collate reports for the local sales team and share with the NZM.Promote and grow Aramex international export services to Customers and Regional Franchisees.Ensure timely responses to any Tender/RFP invitations for applicable customers within the network.Prepare proposals and supporting materials for potential customers in the required and approved Aramex format.Input data into Salesforce and produce regular sales reports as requested and directed by the NZM.Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure necessary steps have been taken to onboard new multi-branch or key regionally based customers.Provide customer/stakeholder feedback to the management team to devise remedial action plans to recover service lapses and improve customer retention.Attend networking groups, expos, and other events to promote the Aramex brand and generate sales leads and new customers.Attend and present at national conferences as requested.To be successful in this role:Person Specification:Confident, friendly, professional dispositionEnergetic & enthusiasticEmpathy with the needs and issues of customers, franchisees & sales professionalsAble to influence and motivate othersKnowledge/Skills/Experience:At least 3 years' experience in direct or business to business sales & marketing environmentHighly developed written and verbal communication skills with commercial acumenIntermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPointAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProven track record in the hands-on implementation of effective sales marketing & customer retention strategiesAbility to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersIf you think this would be a great opportunity for you, please apply today by submitting your cover letter and CV.Due to the volume of applications for this role, we may only be able to respond to shortlisted candidates.
