The Senior Commercial Insights Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving strategic business decisions through expert data analysis and insights.
This position requires advanced technical skills, deep analytical capabilities, and strong commercial acumen.
You'll leverage your advanced technical skills to analyse large, complex datasets, uncovering trends and opportunities that support business growth and profitability.

Key Accountabilities:
Lead the extraction, cleaning, and analysis of large, complex datasets, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectivesDrive collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value commercial insights that identify market trends and customer behavioursLead engagement with stakeholders to thoroughly understand business needs and confidently present findings and recommendationsBuild and nurture strong collaborative relationships within the team and with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering an environment of trust and effectivenessLead commercial analysis using NPV, payback period, and margin assessments to evaluate the viability of propositions, and drive the development of tools and processes that enhance profitability and align with strategic objectivesMentor and support junior analysts, providing guidance and fostering a knowledge-sharing environmentDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine processes and reporting tools, staying informed on industry developments, and promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation within the teamWe are looking for: Extensive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related roleA high degree of commercial acumen, ideally with an aligned tertiary qualification e.g.
