The Opportunity:
Due to strategic growth and the board's desire to consolidate recent success, this is a greenfields opportunity providing a chance for you to make this role your own and create a legacy within the organization. Reporting to the Commercial Director of Developments, this is a broad role that will deliver value-added insights, analysis, and control across a range of built-form projects that will vary in size and complexity. Specific responsibilities will include modeling, building feasibility and cash flow models, reporting, budgeting & forecasting, development advisory, and plenty of business partnering.

About You and Future Career Opportunities:
It is expected you have come from a construction or property portfolio environment and have a deep understanding of the dynamics around new build developments & construction. Given that this new stand-alone division, role, and team are embryonic, one of the first tasks will be to establish robust financial processes and reporting frameworks.
