What you'll do: As a Senior Commercial Broker at ICIB Brokerweb, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth. Actively manage a portfolio of commercial clients, assessing their insurance needs and developing tailored insurance programs.Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for clients, identifying potential risks and recommending appropriate coverage options.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate favourable terms and conditions for insurance policies.Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and emerging risks, providing proactive advice to clients.Prospect for new business opportunities, identify potential clients, and develop strategies to expand the company's client base.Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, effectively communicating the benefits and coverage details.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate processing of policies, claims, and other related documentation.Maintain accurate client records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior brokers.
