We're looking for someone with a strong background who can bring their knowledge and experience to lead and mentor a team. This role offers the opportunity to support a diverse range of clients, without the usual corporate constraints or hierarchy.
We offer great flexibility in how you work – whether it's where you work, or how you structure your week – as long as client and team needs are met. Although based in Auckland, we're open to candidates from nearby regions who are happy to commute for client meetings.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their expertise, enjoys delivering quality work, and is ready to step away from the corporate ladder. As a senior member of the team, you'll focus on building strong client relationships and supporting their growth, while guiding and mentoring your team in managing day-to-day operations.
The office is based in Ponsonby, where you'll spend your first few months getting to know the team and the culture, after which you'll have more autonomy to manage your own schedule.
