Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Full time Now is looking for a Senior Client Lead to take charge of relationships, growth, and support for our strategic business clients.
You'll be the lead interface for a variety of client stakeholders, understanding their needs and building solutions that help them - and Now - succeed.
You'll thrive on building deep relationships with clients and be comfortable working with the technology and solutions required to deliver to their needs.
As a natural strategic thinker, you'll develop account plans that support client growth and identify ways to help them reach their goals while creating new growth opportunities for Now.
You'll also work closely with our internal teams to make sure the solutions we deliver meet each client's specific needs.
Day-to-day, you'll handle account interactions and requests, working with senior leaders and teams in our clients' organisations and Now to keep things running smoothly.

About You You have experience managing strategic client relationships, especially with large enterprises.
Skilled at understanding client needs, you know how to develop account plans that align with their ambitions and create growth opportunities.
You have a natural interest and desire to solve real-world problems and enable businesses through digital technology.
You're comfortable being the main point of contact for clients, advocating for their needs, and building strong, trust-based relationships.
Known for your collaborative approach, you work effectively with both internal teams and senior stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
You're organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage daily client interactions and requests seamlessly.
With excellent communication skills, you can easily connect with people at all levels within client organisations.
