What you'll be doing: All manner of Business Advisory services including (but not limited to) tax advisory, due diligence (pre purchase, before entering a partnership etc.) and business restructuring advice. Review others' work and assist Managers and Partners as needed. Financial modelling and forecasting. Working alongside other internal teams to identify opportunities to collaborate on client engagements. Retaining and growing our client base through quality advice, service and support. Developing strong internal and external networks to leverage others' expertise. Building and maintaining a comprehensive external referral network. Support the development of the wider team. Who we're looking for: Someone who thinks like a business owner and is committed to delivering quality outcomes. Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills. Previous experience mentoring and coaching junior team members. Strong proficiency in technical compliance and advisory. CA qualifications or significant experience.
