Then come to our "Insanely Customer Centric" Team and become a Certified International Specialist!DHL Express New Zealand has an exciting opportunity for Senior Clearance Support Agents (x2) to join our Customs team located in Auckland.WHAT THIS JOB ENTAILS:Assist the Supervisor with daily workload allocation and monitor completion rates to ensure all shipments are actioned daily by the Clearance Support Team.Observe Clearance Support team members in methods evaluations (side-by-side) and gauge quality through measuring performance via phone call playbacks.Act as the first escalation point for business requests not actioned in line with the Communications Service Level Agreement.Provide visibility reports to management daily and work on agreed actions to improve performance.Support Supervisor and Duty Manager to improve customer service and reduce complaints.Assume day-to-day roles & responsibilities in the absence of the Duty Supervisor.40 hours per week.
