Senior Civil Supervisor

As a result of strategic growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are now seeking a Senior Civil Supervisor or Superintendent to lead multiple personnel across a variety of projects throughout the Wellington region.
You will lead day-to-day project and site operations, focusing on driving quality, training, health and safety, programme, people management and dealing with any problems that occur on site.
You will work on a variety of projects across the Civil Construction small to large scale infrastructure throughout the region to help up skill the delivery team, and drive efficiencies onsite.

We need a leader who can train and manage crews, communicate with the client, and deal with situations professionally as they occur.
