Are you an experienced Senior Civil Project Manager with a knack for leading successful projects in the heart of Auckland? We're seeking a seasoned professional with New Zealand-specific expertise in water, structures and heavy civil works to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and driving innovation.
Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications, ensuring project objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Utilize your expertise in water, structures, and heavy civil works to deliver sustainable and resilient infrastructure solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
Minimum of 10 years' experience of working on heavy civil projects for a civil contractor.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within budget and schedule constraints.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
