The role:
As a Senior Engineer, Client Manager and Team Leader, you will be responsible for the overall delivery for specific clients who are focused on large scale greenfield developments.
Alongside stakeholder management and liaison, you will also be responsible for the management of 2-3 design engineers and a construction monitoring engineer, as well as concept design, detailed design and construction monitoring.
You will need:
At least 6 years experience in land development design, with at least a year in New Zealand. You'll need to be a good communicator and technically strong with recent big project experience, alongside proven stakeholder management experience.
