Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large scale projects and will be instrumental in driving our projects to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large scale civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
Prepare and submit comprehensive tenders and proposals.
Oversee and submit progress payment claims to clients and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain construction programs, ensuring timely project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and consultants.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years' experience in civil engineering and project management.
Proven experience in tender preparation and submission.
Strong knowledge of construction programming and management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
