They have a strong pipeline of work and are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to oversee the delivery of a large-scale land development project in Napier.The Benefits:Attractive remuneration packageJoin a company that appreciates and values its staff.Culture based on care, innovation, enthusiasm, and drive.Work-life balance is actively encouraged.Opportunities for career growth and upskilling, mentoring, and support in a positive environment.Diverse range of projects.About the Role:As a Senior Civil Engineer specializing in Land Development, you will be involved in and have the opportunity to lead a wide range of exciting projects.About You:Hold a relevant qualification such as a Bachelor of Engineering or National Diploma in Engineering.6+ years of land development experience in NZ.Experience in the delivery of land development projects on-site.Overseeing all project stages from Concept to Detailed Design.Proficiency with 12D or AutoCAD, EPA net, Stormwater, and 2D flood modelling packages; Microsoft Office experience is desirable but not essential.Ability to provide support/training to Junior Civil Engineers.Understanding of the RMA and planning processes.Competent with 3910 contract management including Engineer to the Contract.In-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards, and codes.Superb mathematical, time management, and organizational abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Proven leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
