Cheal is seeking a Chartered Civil Engineer (or close to becoming) to join the Cheal Napier team. This position is ideally suited to someone who likes working as a generalist on complex engineering projects. This is a permanent position where you will be working with a team of skilled professionals to deliver successful engineering projects.

The ideal candidate will have:
A Degree in Civil Engineering
CPEng (or very close to obtaining)
6+ years' experience within the New Zealand Civil Engineering infrastructure environment, including earthworks, roading, sewerage, water supply, and stormwater projects in both residential and commercial fields
Exceptional Client and Project management skills
Proven experience in job procurement and pricing
A desire to grow and develop people and business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A highly proactive work ethic and the desire to exceed client expectations
