The Christchurch Civil Team is young & growing. We're looking for a Senior Engineer who can provide technical leadership across all projects, be hands on, deliver and win work.
The Role / How You Fit In: You will lead two intermediate Engineers initially – with the chance to grow.You'll be well supported by the Christchurch Manager, with wider support from Civil Engineering teams in other locations.Workload is up to you – do what you want to do. There's huge potential to grow in the direction you would like.Land Development projects – with clients across all aspects of commercial buildings, residential, and industrial.Active involvement in civil design, project feasibility, profitability and delivery – This is a Senior role that remains technical.You Need: New Zealand based experience as a consultant Senior Civil Engineer.Excellent communication – this is a client facing role, with leadership responsibilities.Critical thinking – be adaptive, work with other teams.Care – Taking pride in your work, and the company you're representing.Civil 3D experience (12D an added bonus).Why Apply?
