This role is ideal for an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong and comprehensive understanding of civil design in various disciplines, including land development, transport, and infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, budgets, and timelines.Develop detailed designs for infrastructure, drainage, roads, earthworks, and other civil works.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.Perform site visits and assessments to ensure the quality and accuracy of designs.Prepare technical reports, design calculations, and project documentation.Ensure designs comply with industry standards, local regulations, and sustainability best practices.What We Offer:You'll receive a competitive base salary, along with targets and incentives, company benefits & perks.
