The CompanyAn opportunity to work within a Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Consultancy who are industry leaders across Land Development and Civil Infrastructure sectors. The company have a healthy pipeline of projects and pride themselves on delivering creative solutions through collaborative teamwork. The role is located in Christchurch.The RoleCPEng Civil Engineer - Technical Lead on Land Development & Civil Infrastructure projects, 20 through to 200 Lots.The ResponsibilitiesLead / Manage technical design and reviewing across Land Development and Civil Infrastructure projects. Experience developing and managing 2D / 3D geometric, roading, pavement, earthworks, erosion/ sediment, three waters & surface hydrology designs. Conduct fee proposals, prepare and oversee schedules, tender documentation & NZ4431 construction monitoring and sign-off. Ensure all projects meet industry standards and regulations while mitigating project risks and adhering to timelines. Mentor juniors and peers in their roles. Collaborate and communicate effectively with all disciplines, colleagues and stakeholders and client liaison. The RequirementsCivil CPEng accreditation and experience in a similar Civil Engineering role, with relevant Engineering Qualifications. Excellent communication / collaboration skills and sound ability to work autonomously across multiple projects. Hands on design skills and proficiency in 12D or Civil 3D software.
