It's a hands on role where you will develop and deliver high-quality engineering design and drawings.Here's a snapshot of the role ...Lead road, highways and other geometric engineering design for National, Local Government, and private client projectsBuild models incorporating various engineering disciplines and roadside features including three waters and retaining wallsCoordinate the integration of road and highways designs as part of a multi-disciplinary team across different locationsProvide input and review technical reports, specifications and calculations, including preparation of schedule of quantitiesCollaborate with others to establish timelines and budgets, and find effective resolutions to challenges that ariseThis is an ideal role for someone who can critically analyze data and situations and come up with creative solutions. You have curiosity and a passion to extend and challenge yourself whilst keeping up to date on industry and engineering standards.Here's the technical aspect of what we are looking for:NZDE qualification or higherKnowledge of civil industry and roading engineeringRelevant professional experience working on transportation infrastructure projectsProficient in 2D or Civil3D and AutoCAD softwareAll of our employees benefit from free health insurance, flexible working arrangements, an active social club and 5 weeks leave per year.
