The Company & The Role My client is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their dynamic, multi-disciplinary consultancy team to facilitate the growth of their civil engineering services and capabilities in the Auckland office.
This position is ideal for a proactive, solutions-oriented engineer eager to be part of a forward-thinking organisation.
In this role, you will deliver consulting services focused on civil design to our clients.
As a senior team member, you will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your colleagues.
Your goal will be to consistently produce high-quality designs that align with project briefs and efficiently deliver projects.
Skills Required The successful candidate will likely: Be proficient in Civil 3D Be chartered or have interest in achieving this soon Be a self-motivated individual with a passion for excellence Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Be experienced in project delivery Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Proven capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines On Offer Opportunity to work on exciting, diverse and challenging projects nationwide Flexible working arrangements.
