About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Childcare Consultant Manager to join our senior management team full-time ideally based at our Havelock North head office. In this dynamic and hands-on role, you'll lead our consultants, recruitment, and administrative teams, driving strategic initiatives across our group of companies and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and new business opportunities. With high volumes of daily inquiries from clients and candidates across New Zealand, Australia, and globally, no two days are the same. You and your team will be responsible for matching candidates with clients, ensuring all candidates are fully recruited, and liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders to maintain seamless client service and onboarding. This role requires a proactive approach to networking with both existing and new clients, as well as an eye for marketing to help promote our services effectively. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and brings a strategic and creative mindset to supporting our growing business. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of consultants and admin staff to deliver exceptional service.Oversee the recruitment, screening, and onboarding of nannies, educators, and babysitters.Support client needs through effective phone and email communication.Manage documentation, reporting, and client files, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Collaborate with head office and assist with after-hours phone support.Actively contribute to our marketing and social media initiatives. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in team management and leadership.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships.High computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, Dropbox) and a willingness to learn new platforms.Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability.Previous experience in recruitment is desirable.Knowledge of social media and marketing is a plus.
