We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join our People & Culture team, bringing a strong focus on culture change, stakeholder management and communications to drive and align the way we work with the goals of the digital transformation.

The opportunity - Te turanga This role reports to the Head of Change within TVNZ's Transformation team, where you will play a significant part in driving cultural change to transition the organisation to new ways of working.
You will work collaboratively with leaders and their teams to deliver a seamless transition to our new data and analytics ecosystem.

This role requires strong stakeholder management to work across a complex change and stakeholder environment, and technology landscape.

Working closely with Accenture's delivery team, particularly the change team, this role will have key delivery responsibility in enhancing the organisation's data and analytics capability.

This is a fixed term contract for 9-12 months. To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

Relevant organisational change management methodologies. Experience in managing organisational change with a proven track record of achieving desired outcomes. Ideally, experience within a digital transformation or data-focused context. Superior knowledge of, and ability to apply, change management concepts, methodologies and tools. Ability to be creative and resilient to navigate challenges as they arise. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all organisational levels. The ability to think strategically and translate complex ideas into actionable plans. Experience creating and implementing inclusive, engaging communication plans, with the ability to articulate and deliver change messaging. The ability to analyse, challenge, and articulate differing views to achieve outcomes. A collaborative mindset and a passion for fostering positive organisational change.
