Embark on a rewarding career where your contributions will make a tangible impact on Auckland's future.About the Role:Align change opportunities and programs with the organisation's people strategy and culture transformation, ensuring effective identification, design, and deployment with embedded target results.Ensure senior leaders possess a comprehensive understanding of enterprise-wide change and are well-prepared for change within their respective business areas.Foster constructive relationships built on credibility, delivery transparency, and advocacy for lean, iterative processes. Emphasise customer-centricity and continuous improvement.Develop strategic change plans that include targeted communications and capability strategies to enhance the change experience, shift mindsets, behaviours, and embed new ways of working. Establish effective sponsor, leadership, communication, engagement, and capability plans to support change initiatives.Enhance the change management capability of the People & Performance team, leaders, and the broader organisation by continuously improving change maturity. Share change management expertise and provide coaching support to partners and stakeholders.Mitigate business risks and improve the internal change experience by offering strategic insights through an internal change landscape view and identifying connections, opportunities, and risks across initiatives.Identify opportunities for project, program, and process improvements, designing and implementing effective solutions.About You:A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, psychology or behavioural sciences.Formal training in change management methodologies.At least 8-10 years' experience in business transformation, change management or project design and delivery.Track record of business transformation programme design and implementation in a large enterprise environment.Public sector industry experience.Strong relationship, influencing, and relationship management experience.Ability to positively influence diverse stakeholders.Customer focus.High emotional intelligence and self-awareness of strengths and development needs.Ability to work on multiple, diverse, and complex topics at one time with the ability to clearly communicate key themes and advice effectively.To apply for this vacancy you MUST be a New Zealand citizen, resident, or have already secured the right to work in New Zealand and therefore hold a valid visa.At Tribe we have our guiding light to show us the way.
