Te turanga – The role

At the Reserve Bank – Te Putea Matua, our people are driven to make a difference. We are looking for a Senior Enablement Change Manager to join our Change Enablement team to support and facilitate successful delivery of programmes and projects. You will play a pivotal role in enabling our people and teams to adapt and respond to legislative, technology, and business change.

The Senior Change Enablement Manager is responsible for managing change through planning and implementation, ensuring that projects and initiatives are connected enterprise-wide and achieve their outcomes and benefits.

As our Senior Change Manager, you'll be an integral part of the Change Enablement team within Te Putea Matua's Strategy, Performance and Enterprise Delivery team and will provide strategic and operational change advice and support. We help our Great Team understand our strategic direction and change activities, preparing them to adopt new ways of thinking, behaving, and working.

You will be responsible for leading and facilitating business change management activities across discrete projects and initiatives, including planning, analysis, and implementation of change activities, and building and developing change practice, visibility, and capability through strong business relationships.

If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
Significant proven experience in delivering organisational and strategic change initiatives.
Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
Great stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
Deep expertise and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Ideally, experience developing change reporting and visibility dashboards and tools.
Ability to lead as well as work collaboratively with and through others.
