You will play a pivotal role in enabling our people and teams to adapt and respond to legislative, technology, and business change. You will also support us to develop and grow our change practice across Te Putea Matua.The Senior Change Enablement Manager is responsible for managing change through planning, implementation, and ensuring that projects and initiatives are connected enterprise-wide and achieve their outcomes and benefits.As our Senior Change Manager, you'll be an integral part of the Change Enablement team within Te Putea Matua's Strategy, Performance, and Enterprise Delivery team and will provide strategic and operational change advice and support.
