Wages: $32.00 - $35.00 depending on experience

What You Will Be Doing: Perform all carpentry tasks, including framing, roofing, and finishing, to the highest quality standards.
Work closely with other trades.
Ensure all work adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Read and interpret plans.
Identify and solve construction-related problems or challenges during the project.
Effectively communicate with clients and contractors.
Observe health and safety protocols on-site.
Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentice carpenters.
What Is Required Of You: Proven experience as a Senior Carpenter, with a preference for experience leading a small team.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Full set of hand and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret plans.
Strong commitment to health and safety.
Awareness of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Class 1 driver's license and reliable transport.
Valid Site Safe - we can assist with this.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
