THIS ROLE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR OVERSEAS STUDENTS.You will be working in a fantastic residential Care Home for a charitable organisation who put the needs of the residents first. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily activities, providing emotional support, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.Responsibilities:Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.Ensure the safety and comfort of residents at all times.Maintain accurate records of care provided.Work collaboratively with other staff members to enhance the quality of care.Qualifications:Previous experience in a care role is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.Compassionate and patient demeanor.
