12 month fixed term opportunity within the Customer Engagement team! About the role Reporting to the Head of Customer Engagement, the Senior Campaign and Personalisation Manager supports the team to create superior, personalised customer experiences which differentiate our brands and creates profitable growth for both Foodstuffs cooperatives. This role is responsible for developing and managing targeted behavioural customer marketing programs for Foodstuffs banners and providing clear and direct leadership on the processes, ways of working and utilisation of technology which ensures the delivery of customer engagement is highly efficient, effective, brand standard aligned and privacy-first. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape innovative marketing strategies and drive measurable impact through relevant and personalised customer experiences. About you You will have a solid understanding of end to end behavioural campaign management processes and workflows, excellent data and analytics literacy, and experience managing projects which deliver successful measurable outcomes. You will be a strong communicator and influencer. You will have a track record in strong people leadership with a passion for creating high team engagement and developing people through an empathetic leadership style. With significant experience in delivering lifecycle marketing, CRM and targeted marketing campaigns, you will be able to identify how to deliver value to our customers.
