The team is responsible for:Development and maintenance of national roster patterns.Review of existing operations through site profiling.Workforce management best practice training and guidance.Technical support for our roster technology system.As part of the team, you will support our frontline Custodial Services group with using our roster technology system.If you are an experienced business analyst with proven technical skills in workforce management roster technology, then we have an exciting opportunity for you.As the Senior Business Systems Analyst – Kronos, your responsibilities will include:Active coordination and management of roster technology enhancements, working collaboratively to drive improvements.Writing of business requirements for technical changes.Ensuring that any changes within the roster technology are well planned and prepared for, including communications to the frontline.Supporting frontline user training, coaching, mentoring, and providing technical SME expertise.Ensuring system integrity is maintained and access is administered appropriately.Ongoing monitoring of system updates and upgrades.This position is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday, working 40 hours a week based in Wellington at National Office, with flexible work options available.We are looking for someone who can use their technical skills to champion, coach, and support others to realize the full potential of our workforce management roster technology.Your work will be integral to ensuring that business needs are clearly communicated and understood, helping to shape solutions that directly impact the effectiveness of our system and quality of service provided.If you enjoy working collaboratively to drive business improvement and meaningful change, then apply today!To be successful in this role you will have:Strong technical workforce management roster technology skills (UKG Pro Workforce Management - Kronos preferred).Strong business and systems analysis skills.Demonstrated ability to provide technical solutions to non-technical groups.Proven experience in delivering technical training to users.Proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse groups.Strong written skills, including the ability to write clear and concise communications.The midpoint of the salary range is $115,546 and the full range (85%-120%) is $98,215 - $138,656.
