The opportunity

As our Senior Business Development Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role in shaping and driving our business development strategy. Your expertise will not only expand our client base but also foster growth within existing accounts while mentoring and guiding our team to achieve their potential. We are open to any office location for this role.

In This Role, You Will

Lead business development strategy: Identify and target high-value clients, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.Mentor & lead: Guide and develop Business Development Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.Manage strategic accounts: Oversee key accounts to ensure exceptional service and identify new opportunities for growth.Close high-value deals: Lead complex negotiations with executive-level clients, securing contracts that align with business goals.Provide insights: Deliver accurate sales forecasts, analyse data, and share market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.Collaborate across teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operational teams to ensure seamless customer solutions.Desired Skills And Experience

What you'll bring

Extensive Business Development Experience: 7–10 years of proven success in driving revenue and managing key accounts.Leadership & Mentoring Skills: A track record of guiding and supporting high-performing teams.Strategic Thinking: Deep market knowledge and the ability to craft and execute winning sales strategies.Advanced Negotiation Skills: Experience handling high-value deals with senior decision-makers.Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills and expertise in using CRM systems to track sales performance and forecast revenue.Outstanding Communication: Exceptional relationship-building and presentation skills.Why join us?
