The Digital and Information Services group is responsible for ensuring the Ministry effectively uses information and technology to support its role in the health system.
Ko ake mahi - What you'll do The business Service Architect ensures an enterprise perspective is applied to bring together a single view of the business systems and process and lead the design of a simplified digital services portfolio.
In this role you will consider high level common processes and functions across the Ministry of Health and between Health New Zealand, and support the Cloud & Security architect to identify, validate, and articulate the benefits of moving to a more streamlined, simplified digital services portfolio.
Some of your day-to-day work will involve: Assessing and mapping business processes, capabilities, and functions Developing and implementing framework to streamline common business processes Facilitating workshops to foster collaboration and understanding across silos Demonstrated experience in IT technical domains, business architecture, solution development, and strategic leadership Deep knowledge of current and emerging business architecture frameworks, data, and digital trends across multiple domain areas Proven track record in developing sustainable, reusable high-quality technical solutions Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical issues to a range of audiences – here this will include clinical, government, senior management, and the public Ko matou me to matou whare - What we bring Unlock your career potential at Manatu Hauora, where you'll discover a world of opportunities for personal and professional growth.
