We're looking for a senior business analyst to join our team. You'll use your skills to shape our enterprise strategy and contribute to our goal of setting the industry standard for business analysis. You'll work collaboratively with a talented team to support various initiatives and improve our processes. As a skilled communicator and problem-solver, you'll be a key player in delivering successful projects and driving positive change.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Working with current and future state process mapping.
Expertise in facilitation, encompassing workshops and presentations. Capable of leading workshops and effectively engaging large groups.
Collaborating with technology and business teams to achieve program milestones and deliverables.
Ability to elicit, understand, and define business requirements across a large stakeholder base.
Knowledge of financial/banking and contact centre environment experience.
Understanding of AI capability (e.g. Microsoft AI, Copilot), products and services for customer experience automation (Verint).
Interactive voice response, IVR, automated telephone system technology (Genesys Pure Cloud) experience.

Ten-plus years experience in business analysis with exposure to a variety of large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple domains such as Operational Excellence, Regulatory change, Compliance, Technology, Process / User Journeys or Data.
A master of your craft with a blend of technical, analytical, and communication skills who has knowledge and experience (both practical skills and theory) to mentor junior analysts on tools, techniques or approaches to different types of work.
Strong experience working with a broad range of stakeholders to understand and document their requirements to discover, develop and refine their needs.
Excellent facilitation experience, including workshops and presentations. Able to lead workshops and actively facilitate many people from different organisations.
Growth mindset to develop skills and knowledge that are both deep and broad (T-shaped) to contribute to team delivery. Adaptable to change, collaboration, maintains focus on continuous improvement, and continuous delivery of business and customer value.
Experienced working in multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban) and be able to influence/lead people and teams to take ownership and improve the way they work.
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to positively engage and influence people across all levels of the organisation with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
