- What will your day look likeAs a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you would have the opportunity to:Be part of a domain where you will be exposed to foundational technology projects/initiatives that underpin the bank's platforms.Build and maintain effective relationships with peers, colleagues, managers, and other key stakeholders; anticipating and responding to evolving customer needs through controlling and delivering project communications.Actively lead & participate in Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives.Liaise closely with Product Owners and Senior Technical Leads to ensure delivery meets critical program timelines.Ensure delivery of Project controls (ADF, Security, Cloud).Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define problem statements and translate them into User-stories and Backlog items (using JIRA/Confluence).A background in cyber security & system backups would be preferential but not essential.Ou Pukenga?
- What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:A proven track record with four plus years previous Business Analysis Experience gained across a variety of project types.Ability to build relationships with stakeholders within the business and technology.Technology domain knowledge required.
Banking background preferred.Experience of following and leveraging a range of Project Delivery Methodologies (i.e.
: Waterfall and Agile).Ability to articulate and explain information to stakeholders, peers and managers using the appropriate medium.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
