You will ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency by gathering requirements and developing reporting metrics. Your ability to generate timely reports and up-to-date accurate metrics will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, your expertise in leveraging tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint will be instrumental in enhancing our systems.
Review and establish property-related reporting systems.Identify and document end-to-end workflows and processes.Prepare project status reports, presentations, and oversee work logs.Champion data analytics and reporting, leading change across internal and external stakeholders.Drive improvements in property and asset management processes.Leverage tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint to enhance systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse data and inform strategic decisions.
