Mo te whai waahi | About the opportunity As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a conduit between our technology team and the wider business to facilitate the delivery of organisational benefit through information technology and business change delivery with a specific focus on business processes, tools, techniques, and methodologies.
Responsibilities include: Deriving, analysing design and communicating the high-level and detailed business and functional requirements for complex projects.
Evaluating information gathered, reconciling conflicts, challenging business units on assumptions and determining their true needs.
Analysing the current state and design of future business processes.
Facilitating the implementation of new processes and changes through effective communication.
Planning, estimating and tracking Business Analysis deliverables.
Mentoring and providing direction to other Business Analysts, continuously learning and developing by researching and driving new ways of working.
Mohou ake | About you Prior experience in a similar role with extensive knowledge of business analysis concepts, methodologies, tools and techniques.
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Experience mentoring and developing other Business Analysts.
Ability to work to deadlines and maintain focus on commitments.
Experience presenting concepts to varied audiences.
