Senior Business Analyst Rolleston, New Zealand Reference: 6562049 About the role: As a member of the Business Analysis team you will lead analyst work; identifying opportunities to deliver better business outcomes through technical solutions. You will interface between business units, project stakeholders and subject matter experts to assist them in resolving issues and develop fit for purpose systems and processes. You will also: Analyse information, work practices and systems to identify optimisation opportunities. Lead and facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements. Create user-friendly documentation such as manuals, diagrams and system configuration records. Work as a key member of project teams throughout the projects lifecycles to ensure solutions meet expected outcomes. Assist in implementing changes including testing, business readiness, training and measuring success. Initiate and maintain relationships both internally and externally. Develop project schedules, timeframes and estimates. About you: You will have experience in business analysis, project management, or a generalist business background with a strong interest in leveraging technology to drive business growth. You may have completed studies in business analysis or have a passion for building relationships. You will be willing to share your experience and mentor other team members.
