Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)
Our client is seeking two dynamic Business Analysts to join their programme team ASAP. These roles offer a super exciting opportunity to drive significant business transformation in a globally recognised organisation based in Tauranga. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of the new business processes and systems, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within a business on an exciting change journey over the next two years.
What you'll do:
Analyse business needs and identify areas for improvement
Implement solutions that drive efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with domestic and international stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met
Contribute to the overall success of the programme by delivering high-quality scenario models, capturing metrics to support key decision making
Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to business changes.
What you bring:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to delivering high-quality results
Experience with Supply Chain and Sustainability project delivery will be a strong advantage.
These roles are based in Tauranga and will need to commit to 3 days per week in the office/some remote working.
