The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of the new business processes and systems, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within a business on an exciting change journey over the next two years.

You will possess strong analytical skills, and will have excellent communication skills allowing you to engage effectively with various stakeholders. Without a doubt you will thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and will be committed to delivering high-quality results. Experience with Supply Chain and Sustainability project delivery will be a strong advantage.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar roleStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholdersAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to delivering high-quality resultsThese roles are based in Tauranga and will need to commit to 3 days per week in the office/some remote working.What sets this company apart:
